Good to know
Common questions.
Do I need a referral to see a podiatrist?
Not for a private appointment. A referral or care plan is only needed for certain funding pathways, such as a Medicare care plan arranged by your GP. See the Funding page for details.
How long is an appointment?
Most appointments allow plenty of time for your care and any questions. Madleen will let you know what to expect when you book.
Can I be seen at home?
Yes. The full range of care is available as a home visit across Sydney, or at the Harrington Park clinic.
What should I bring?
Any footwear you wear regularly, a list of your medications, and your funding details (such as your DVA card, NDIS plan or GP care plan) if they apply.
Do you see children?
Yes. Madleen provides friendly, reassuring care for growing feet as well as for adults and older patients.
