Whatever your funding, you can be seen.

Each pathway has its own simple steps. Here is how they work.

  • 01 Private For patients booking and paying for themselves, at home or in clinic. Book directly
  • 02 DVA For Department of Veterans' Affairs Gold and White Card holders with podiatry cover. Gold & White Card
  • 03 NDIS For participants who are self-managed, plan-managed or agency-managed. All management types
  • 04 Medicare bulk-billing Bulk-billed under a Medicare Chronic Disease Management (CDM/EPC) care plan, arranged with your GP. Via GP care plan
  • 05 Workers compensation For foot care related to a workplace injury, billed through your approved claim. Approved claims
  • 06 Private health funds Use your private health extras cover, with claiming made easy on the day. Extras cover

How it works

Funding questions.

Do I need a referral?

Not for a private appointment. A referral or care plan is only needed for certain pathways, such as DVA or a Medicare care plan arranged by your GP.

How does Medicare bulk-billing work?

If you are managing a chronic condition, your GP can prepare a Chronic Disease Management (CDM/EPC) care plan. This can cover a number of bulk-billed allied health visits each year, including podiatry. Speak to your GP about whether a care plan is right for you.

How do I use my DVA cover?

DVA Gold Card holders, and White Card holders with podiatry cover, can be seen with a valid referral from their GP. We bill DVA directly, so there is nothing for you to pay.

How does NDIS work?

If foot care is included in your plan, we can see you whether you are self-managed, plan-managed or agency-managed. We will confirm the details before your first appointment.

Can I claim on my private health fund?

Yes, if you have extras cover that includes podiatry. We can help you claim on the day.
