Which areas do you visit?
Madleen provides home visits across Sydney. If you are unsure whether your suburb is covered, call on 0452 327 628 and we will let you know.
What do I need to have ready?
Very little. A comfortable chair and access to a power point is helpful. Madleen brings everything else.
Can a family member or carer be present?
Yes. You are welcome to have a family member, carer or support person with you during your visit.
Can I use my funding for a home visit?
Yes. Home visits are available to private, DVA, NDIS, Medicare bulk-billing (via a GP care plan), workers compensation and private health fund patients. See the Funding page for how each pathway works.
Is a home visit the same as a clinic appointment?
The care is the same. Madleen brings a portable setup with the equipment needed for most appointments. If something needs the clinic, she will let you know and help arrange it.
